These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers.

3. Products

We sell physical journals. Product descriptions on our website do not constitute legally binding offers but serve as an invitation to place an order.

4. Order Process & Contract Conclusion

By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email.

5. Prices & Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in EUR.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

As a small business owner under §6(1)(27) UStG, no VAT is charged.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

7. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via our production and fulfillment partner. Delivery times depend on the destination country and are displayed at checkout.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for personal injury.

10. Governing Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
